The Software integrates with third-party services including the Solana blockchain, Anthropic Claude API, and Helius RPC services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Silly AI does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Silly AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or digital assets, arising from your use of the Software.

Termination
