Silly AI ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

1.1 Wallet Information

When you connect your Solana wallet, we collect and store your public wallet address. This serves as your account identifier. We do not have access to your private keys or seed phrases.

1.2 Chat Messages

We store the messages you send and the AI responses you receive, including:

• Message content (text)
• Conversation metadata (title, creation time)
• Token usage counts per message

If you upload images within the chat, they are processed in-memory to generate a response but are not permanently stored on our servers.

1.3 Payment Information

When you make a payment with SOL or SKR tokens, we record:

• Blockchain transaction signature
• Payment amount and token type
• Subscription tier purchased
• On-chain verification status

All payments occur on the Solana blockchain. We do not collect or store credit card numbers, bank account details, or any traditional financial information.

1.4 Usage Data

We track basic usage metrics to operate and improve the service:

• Message count and token consumption
• Premium subscription status and expiration
• AI model used per conversation
• Estimated API costs per request

1.5 Push Notifications

If you opt in to push notifications, we store your device push token to deliver alerts such as price notifications and subscription reminders.

1.6 Local Device Storage

The app stores limited data locally on your device using AsyncStorage, including your usage stats and recent chat messages, to provide a faster experience.

2. How We Use Your Data

3. Third-Party Services

Your data may be shared with the following third-party services solely to operate Silly AI:

• Anthropic (Claude API) — Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic's AI to generate responses. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• xAI (Grok API) — Used as a fallback AI provider. Subject to xAI's privacy policy.
• Helius — Solana RPC provider used for on-chain payment verification and balance checks. Subject to Helius's Privacy Policy.
• Expo — Push notification delivery service. Subject to Expo's Privacy Policy.
• Sentry (optional) — Error monitoring for service reliability. If enabled, error reports may include technical context but not message content.

4. Data We Do NOT Collect

• Private keys or seed phrases
• Email addresses, real names, or phone numbers
• IP addresses (not logged by our application)
• Credit card or bank account information
• Location data
• Contacts or device identifiers beyond push tokens

5. Data Retention

Chat messages and conversation history are retained for the lifetime of your account. You may delete individual conversations through the app, which permanently removes the associated messages from our servers. Payment records are retained indefinitely for fraud prevention and accounting purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted HTTPS connections for all API communication
• Wallet-based authentication (no passwords stored)
• Server-side access controls

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data by viewing your chat history and account info in the app
• Delete your conversations through the app
• Opt out of push notifications at any time through the app settings
• Disconnect your wallet to stop using the service

8. Children's Privacy

Silly AI is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used the service, please contact us and we will take steps to remove their data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Continued use of Silly AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
